Dr. Haque earned her Biology degree from Juniata College before completing her dental hygiene certificate at the University of Pittsburgh. Inspired to further her career, she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH, in 2005.

Dr. Haque is an active member of leading professional dental organizations and has been recognized for her dedication to excellence in patient care and advanced periodontal training.
