Her path into dentistry started beside patients, as a dental hygiene student. Today she cares for patients across Sweetwater, Fremont, and Natrona counties.

A foundation in biology. Dr. Haque began with a Bachelor's degree in Biology, building the scientific grounding she still brings to every diagnosis.

Dental hygiene, and a discovery. While earning her dental hygiene certificate, she worked closely with patients and discovered that she wanted to become a dentist.
Case Western Reserve University, 2005
Doctor of Dental Surgery. She earned her DDS in Cleveland, Ohio. She often jokes that Cleveland holds a special place in her heart: it's where she earned her degree and met her husband.
Rock Springs, June 2016
Rock Springs Periodontics opens. Dr. Haque opened her own periodontal practice in the heart of Sweetwater County.
2021 to today
Wyoming Implants & Surgical Arts. The practice took its current name and added in-office IV sedation, wisdom teeth extraction, L-PRF growth factors to support healing, and Smile in a Day.
